“In my work as a doula, my focus is on the birthing person. I want to help them to feel comfortable, nourished, relaxed, and appreciated; to facilitate a harmonious transition for both parent and child in those most profound first days and weeks after birth.”
Standard Package
Includes 2 Weekday Shifts of 4 Hours and 1 Weeknight Shift of 8 Hours:
Assist with self-care recovery measures
Provide information on birthing person and baby care
Assist in caring for and feeding of your new baby/babies
Sleep support
Infant feeding and lactation support
Assist your family with adjusting to new roles
Offer household support as it relates to the baby/babies and the birthing parent’s care.
Providing resources to local practitioners, as needed
Welcome Home Package
A huge special for my birth clients that includes 24 hours of Postpartum Doula Services in the 4 weeks following arrival:
Assist with self-care recovery measures

Weekday Minimum Shift 4 Hours
