Standard Package
Before birth:
2 prenatal visits (one in the 2nd trimester & one in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy)
2nd trimester prenatal visit focuses on the birth planning process; establishing a birth plan and providing resources and education as it relates to pregnancy and the birth process
3rd trimester prenatal visit includes working with your partner or labor support person to discuss and practice labor techniques. It also focuses on answering any birth related questions and easing any fears you or your support person might have about the birth process

Non-judgmental support around birth decisions
On-call support beginning at 38 weeks (until birth day)
During labor (Birth Day!):
Provide continuous labor support with a positive mindset
Emotional and physical support
Encouragement, motivation, reassurance
Counter-pressure, massage, positioning, birth ball exercises, rebozo
Promoting movement to facilitate labor progression
Providing a safe and comfortable environment for the birthing person
Music, visualizations, lighting, massage oils
Deep breathing, relaxation, and focus points
Ice chips, heat and cold packs, etc.
Keeping both you and your support person hydrated!
Guiding your support person through the labor process
Empowering you to follow your birth plan, while supporting any changes to the birth plan without judgment
Educating you and your support person on any medical situations that could arise so you can make the best decisions for your birth.
After birth:
On-going continuous support for up to 2 hours after the birth to ensure you feel safe and comfortable
Pictures for keepsakes
1 postpartum visit focused on answering any questions you might have related to newborn care, lactation, physical postpartum changes, and emotional postpartum support.
Recommend resources to local services, as needed

Check-in at hospital prior to discharge (as allowed by hospital visitation policies)
